		   Know all men by these 
that I Stephen W. Walton of the aforesaid county 
and Teritory - Do hereby constitute and appoint 
George C. Dromgoole of the County of 
Brunswick and State of Virginia my true 
and lawful Attorney for me and in my name 
and behalf to sell and convey all my interest 
of every kind in the property real and personal 
which was assigned as dower to my mother 
Sarah Walton out of the Estate of my late 
father Littleton Walton deceased & I do hereby 
fully authorize him the said George C. Dromgoole 
to receive and grant discharges for the purchase 
money of my said interest _ And I do hereby 
bind myself my heirs executors and admin
istrators to ratify and confirm to approve 
and abide by any sale, contract, conveyance 
or recept or discharge which the said George 
C. Dromgoole may make or grant in **** 
of this Power of Attorney _
 I testimony whereof I have subscribed my 
name and affixed my seal this twentieth 
day of November in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and thirty
