		    In the name of God Amen 
I Hickerson King of the Teritory and County 
aforesaid being sick and weak in body but 
of sound mind memory and understanding do 
make and publish and declare this instru
ment to be my last Will and Testament -
   I recommend my soul into the hand of the Almity 
God that give and my body to the earth 
and as to my worldly Estate I dispose of the 
same as follows - I give and bequeath 
to my beloved wife - three likely young cows and 
calves - I give to my daughter the wife of Abram 
Colson One cow and calf
     And I give and bequeath to my children which 
is now or may be born hereafter the issue of my 
present marriage - All the ballance of my property
 - And the increase thereof (to wit) fifty 
head of horned cattle more or less twenty five head 
of hogs more or less one sorrel mare one horse 
cart and one shot gun one rifle gun my house
hold & furniture and all my plantation 
tools -  And it is my wish and desire 
that the above discribed property be mana
ged by my executor to the best possible 
advantage and the and the same be taken for 
the support and rairing of my little children
and also for the support of my wife so long 
as she may continue single or remain a 
widow But in case she should mary 
with any person after my death It is 
my express wish that said support grow
ing out of said property for her
