or about seventh day of December One thousand eight hun
dred and seventeen; and by the said Donna Catalina de 
Jesus de los Flijuelos conveyed to said party of the first part 
by deed bearing date on the tenth day of February in the 
year one thousand eight hundred and twenty five, and 
recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of St. Johns 
in Book E page 315:  and all the woods, underwoods, trees 
groves, ways watercourses, profits, commodities, advantages, 
hereditaments, rights, members, and appurtenances what
soever to said land belonging, or in any wise appertaining; 
and reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits of 
the premises and of every part and parcel thereof; And also 
all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever 
and every Kind, both in law and in equity of him the said 
party of the first part, of, in and to the same;  and the reversion 
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits 
thereof_____________      To have and to hold all and singular 
the herein before granted and released premises, with the app
urtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and 
assigns to his only proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
       Provided always, and these presents are upon this 
condition nevertheless, that if the said party of the first part, his 
heirs executors or administrators, or any of them, shall well and 
truly pay unto the said party of the second part, his heirs 
executors administrators or assigns, the said sum of money 
mentioned in the condition of the aforesaid Bond or 
Obligation at the time and in the manner therein specified 
according to the true interest and meaning thereof, that these
and from thenceforth these presents, and the estate hereby 
granted and every thing herein contained, shall cease 
determine and be absolutely void to all intents and purposes  
And the said Moses E. Levy for himself, his heirs executors and 
administrators, doth covenant grant promise and agree to and 
with the said Party of the second part, his executors, administrators
