maintenance should then immediately cease 
and the property be then applied for the 
use and benefit of my children Only 
the issue of my present marriage
	And lastly I do nominate and ap
point B.M. Dell and John Dreading 
Executors of this my last will and testament 
hereby revoking all former or other wills by 
me herebefore made
