			Personally Appeared 
before me Wm. M. Reed an acting Justice of 
the Peace for said County Francis R. Sanchez who 
after being duly sworn deposeth  and saith 
that he has been intimately Acquainted with Capt. Gabriel 
Priest for twenty years past and that during 
said Acquaintance said Priest a fair and 
untarnished reputation and that he the deponent 
is further Acquainted with all the material 
facts stated in the foregoing Affidavits of Britton 
Knight and Bennett M. Dell and further that the 
accounts exhibited to him by said Priest of 
Eleven Thousand & Eighty three Dollars for Losses 
sustained in the present contact with the Semanole 
Indians is according to his belief a just a just 
and fair account_
