and assigns, that he the said Moses E. Levy shall and 
will well and truly pay to the said party of the second 
part, his executors, administrators or assigns, the said sum 
of money, and the lawful interest accruing, at the time 
and in the manner herein before mentioned, according 
to the condition of the said Bond or Obligation
   In Witnesseth whereof, the parties to these presents have hereunto 
set there hands and seals the day and year aforesaid

County of St. Johns	  Be it remembered that on the 
twenty sixth day of October 1832, the above named Moses 
E. Levy and John M. Hanson came before me, to whom 
they are personally Known and acknowledged that 
they respectively signed and sealed and Delivered the 
above instrument of writing to which their signatures 
are affixed, for the uses and purposes therein 
expressed.  Given under my hand and seal
