Alachua County	   Know all men by these presents 
that I William Harn hath bargained and 
sold and by these presents do bargain & sell 
a certain Negro woman by the name of Deffy 
And child Charles to Bennett M. Dell for the 
sum of four hundred and fifty dollars 
the receipt of the same I do hereby Acknowledge  
The above named negros  I warrant and 
defend unto the said Bennett M. Dell  Given 
from under my hand this 27th day November
