Know all men by these presents that we Samuel 
L. * * * Gouvernor Esquire of the City and 
State of New York the party of the second part 
to the within deed and Maria H. his wife for and 
in consideration of the sum of six thousand eight 
hundred dollars to us in had paid by Moses Elias 
Levy of the Territory of Florida at & before the ensea
ling and  delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have and by these presents 
Do grant bargain sell alien release convey confirm 
and quit claim unto the said Moses Elias Levy his 
heirs and assigns forever all and singular the 
land and premises in the within deed mentioned  
Being all those two Tracts or parcels of land lying 
and being in the County of Alachua  in the said 
Territory of Florida designated in the plan an
nexed to the deed of the said Moses Elias Levy to 
Joseph M. White and there with recorded by the Num
bers (4) four and (10) Ten and the name S.L. Gouvernor 
containing sixteen hundred and sixty six Acres Each
being a part of a Thirty Thousand acres granted
to George I.F. Clarke on the seventeenth day of December 
Eighteen hundred and seventeen in the hammock of 
Custawillo & Chamla West of the river St Johns  
Twenty thousand Acres whereof were confirmed to 
the said Moses Elias Levy by the decree of the 
Supreme Court of the United States according to 
the survey of the second of August in the year Eight
teen hundred and nineteen  with all and singular 
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging and all (and singular) the possessions claims 
and demands whatsoever at law as in Equity of us 
the said Samuel  L. Gouvernor and Maria H. his wife 
as either of us of in and to the said Land and
