premises and every every part thereof.  To have and 
to hold the same unto the said Moses Elias Levy 
his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use 
benefit and behoof forever  And the said Samuel 
L. Gouvernor for himself his heirs executors ad
ministrators hereby covenant and agree to and with 
the said Moses Elias Levy that he the said Gouvernor 
hath not done suffered or committed any act or 
thing whereby the title of the said  land and 
premises or any part thereof can in any manner 
be impaired impeached or incumbered 
	In Testimony of which we the said Samuel 
L. Gouvernor and Maria H. his wife have hereunto 
set our hands and seals at the city of New York 
this twenty sixth day of November in the year 
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
