right & authority on such appointment as by this 
deed are conferred on said Willy Brooks ___  An it 
is my intention & it is expressly understood that the said 
Willy Brooks for my benefit and sole use shall have 
the controal intire controal disposition discretion & gov
ernment of said ngros with their increase so that they 
may always keeped & managed for my interest 
profit and advantage _
	In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal at Alachua this 27th day of May 1834

    I Willy Brooks hereby signify my acceptance of the 
trust inforced by the foregoing Deed & engage faithfully 
to execute and discharge the same
