I John M. Hanson of the City of St. Augustine in 
the Territory of Florida do hereby certify that a certain 
mortgage bearing date the twenty sixth day of October in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty two 
made and executed by Moses E. Levy to me John 
M. Hanson and recorded in the office of the clerk 
of the county court of Alachua County in the Territory aforesaid 
in Book *** page 18,19,&20 on the twenty fifth day of 
July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
& thirty three:  is paid satisfied and discharged
	Dated the twenty first day of September in the year 1837

			     Be it remembered that on this 
day Moris H. Tucker personally came before me and made oath 
in due form of Law that he was present and saw John M. Hanson 
sign the above instrument of writing and that John Sanchez 
was also present at the execution thereof  and that in their 
presence the said John M. Hanson Acknowledged that he 
signed sealed and delivered the same for the use and pur
pose therein expressed and also that they the said Moris 
H. Tucker and John Sanchez subsribed the name as sub
scribing  witnesses thereunto   Given under my hand at 
St. Augustine the 27th September 1837
