Know all men by these presents that I Stephen W. 
Malton of Alachua County in the Territory of Florida 
have for and in consideration of the sum of three Hundred 
Dollars to me in hand paid (the receipt whereof I do hereby 
acknowledge) by George Center of the aforesaid County 
and Territory, have bargained sold and delivered and 
do by these presents bargain sell and deliver to the said 
George Center all my improvements, Houses, Fences, and 
enclosures of any and every Kind whatsoever, lying, situate 
and being in the County aforesaid on the road leading 
from Mecanope, to the Seminole agency, at a place called 
Anorramoka together with all right of preemption which 
I may have thereunto ___  In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth 
of February A.D. 1833

Alachua County	  Know all men by these presents 
that I Isaac Garrason of the Territory and County aforesaid 
for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred 
Dollars to me in hand paid (the receipt whereof 
I do hereby acknowledge) by the John F. Miller of the 
aforesaid County & Territory have bargained sold 
and delivered and by these presents do bargain 
sell and deliver to the said John F. Miller a certain 
Negro boy named Peter aged about fourteen years, 
Which said Negro boy I do hereby Warrant and
