made known I John S. Richardson one of the Judges 
of the Court of Common Pleas of the State aforesaid 
send greeting  Know **  That Charles C. Strohieker 
who hath subscribed the above Certificate is a Clerk 
of the Court of Common Pleas for the District of 
Charleston in the State aforesaid and duly 
authorized to administer Oaths and that all due 
faith and credit are and ought to be given 
to his attestations and that the above attestation 
is in due form of Law
