Alachua County	     Know all men by these presents that I Hardy 
Lanier in consideration of the natural love and affection which I 
have for my daughter Nancy Nettles and also for diverse other good 
Causes and Considerations me the said Hardy Lanier moving, Have given 
granted  and confirmed, and by these presents do give grant and confirm 
unto the said Nancy Nettles fifty Head of Cattle and their increase 
Marked with a cross and split in one ear under Heel in the other and 
branded H.  To have and to hold for her own proper use & benefit & 
that of her heirs of her body only, and I the said Hardy Lanier my executors 
and administrators will warrant and defend against any person or persons 
whatsoever unto the said Nancy Nettles and her natural heirs the above 
named property provided always that in case the said Nancy Nettles 
should die without issue then the said property to revert back to said 
Hardy Lanier his heirs &c  And I the said Hardy Lanier have put 
the said Nancy Nettles in full possession of said property
        In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal 
this fifteenth day of April AD 1833
