   Know all men by these presents that 
we Shikes Nelomus and Penelope H. Nelomus 
for and in consideration of the sum of $1500 
dollars to me in hand paid at and 
before the sealing and delivery of these 
presents by Benett M. Dell  the receipt 
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have 
bargained and sold and by these presents 
do bargain sell and deliver to the said 
Bennett M. Dell my Negro Slaves, to wit, 
Silvey a negro woman and her children 
Charles, George, Charlotte, Jacob and Israel
