County of Alachua This Indenture made
this the sixteenth day of July in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and thirty eight, between
Bennet M. Dell, Administrator of the Estate of Thomas A.
Halliday deceased, of the County and Territory aforesaid
of the one part, and William A. Tucker of the same place
of the other part, Witnesseth, That the said Bennet M.
Dell for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred &
fifteen Dollars, to him in hand paid at, and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and
Conveyed, and do by these presents, grant, Bargain and
convey unto the said William A. Tucker, his heirs & assigns
Two Lots of Land Situated lying and being in the County
aforesaid, containing Ten Acres each, being a part of the East
half of the south West quarter of Section Eleven Township eight
and Range eighteen South and east, known as lots one & two
To have and to hold said Lots of Land, unto him
the said William A. Tucker his heirs and assigns , together with
all and singular, the Rights, Members and Appurtenances thereof
to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own
proper use, benefit and behoof forever ___
And the said Bennet M. Dell for himself his heirs
Executors and Administrators the said bargained premises unto
the said William A. Tucker his heirs & assigns, will Warrant &
forever defend the Right and title thereof against themselves &
against the claim of all other persons whatever
