		Be it remembered that on this 
the eight day of January AD 1839 personally appeared 
before me the subscriber a justice of the Peace in and 
for said County  Richard Lang who acknowledged that 
he had signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed 
as and for his act and deed for the purposes therein 
mentioned and the lands tenements etc therein conveyed 
to the Right and property of the said S.D. Fernandez 
party grantee.   And also at the same time 
and appeared Mary J.P. Lang, wife of the aforesaid 
Richard Lang who being by me examined by me 
privately and apart from her said husband 
she did then and there acknowledge that she 
had signed sealed and delivered the foregoing re
nunciation, relinquishment and release of Dower 
and that she had done the same freely voluntarily and 
without any compulsion constraint apprehension 
or fear of or from her said husband and that 
she wished not to retract it
	Given under my hand and seal this 
eight day of January A.D. 1839

			Be it remembered that on this 
the 27th of January A.D. 1839  I have recorded the foregoing 
deed by the request of S.D. Fernandez   Witness my name as Clerk 
of the Court for the said County
