Government on the sixteenth day of November 
eighteen hundred & seventeen for services and losses 
and to which they are one fourth heirs -  To have 
and to hold the said two thousand two hundred 
and fifty acres unto the said S.D. Fernandez 
his heirs and successors together with all & singular 
the right to members and appurtenances to the said 
in any manner belonging to his and their proper 
use and behoof forever  And the said John L. 
Villalonga & Jane C. his wife for themselves their 
heirs executors & administrators the said bargained 
premises unto the said S.D. Fernandez his heirs & 
assigns will warrant & forever defend the right 
and title there of against himself and themselves _ 
But not against the Claim or Claims of any other 
person or persons whatever  This being altogether a quit 
Claim Sale.  For testimony whereof the said 
Villalonga & Jane C. his wife hath hereunto set 
their hands & seals the day and year aforewritten
