		Be it known that before me Stephen Eddy 
a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid on this the 1st day of 
June A.D. 1839 personally appeared Jane C. Villalonga Wife of John 
L. Villalonga who is a party to the foregoing conveyance and the said 
Jane C. Villalonga  being examined by me separately and apart from 
her said husband, did Acknowledge and declare that she executed 
the said foregoing deed for the purposes therein appearing freely  
without any fear or compulsion of her said husband _
