proprietor, and owner, and all all and 
singular the hereditaments rights members and 
appurtenances, whatever to the said five hundred 
Acres belonging or Appertaining and also the 
Estate right title interest Claims and demands 
what ever of the said Peter Mitchel of in and 
to the said five hundred Acres of land & 
any part and parcel thereof with the Ap
purtenances.   To have and to hold the said 
undivided five hundred Acres of land and 
all and singular other the premises above 
mentioned with the Appurtenances to the John 
Drysdale his heirs and assigns forever to his & 
their use benefit and behoof forever
