Camden County		This Indenture made this ninth 
day of March, in the year of our Lord, Eighteen hundred & 
Twenty four,  Between Domingo Acosta, on the one part and 
George I.F. Clark, on the other part, both of East Florida
Witnesseth, That the said Acosta for and in consideration 
of the Sum of One thousand Dollars to him in hand paid at 
and before the Signing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby Acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold 
and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell & 
Convey, unto the said Clark, Five thousand Acres of Land 
being and lying in the Territory known as East Florida 
and situated as follows, Four thousand Acres in a Survey 
made at Flounder Creek on the West Side of Indian River 
and One Thousand Acres in a Survey made at Bowleys old field
