Camden County		I, John Bailey Clerk of the Superior Court 
for the County of Camden in the Eastern District of said State, Do 
hereby Certify to all to whom it may concern, that Charles S. Henry 
who as signed the foregoing Certificate was and is the Judge of 
the Superior Court for the State of Georgia ___
(Seal)  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
caused the seal of the Superior Court for the said County of Camden 
to be hereunto affixed this 9th day of April A.D. 1839

Camden County		This Indenture made this ninth day of March 
in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and twenty four, Between 
Domingo Fernandez on the one part and George I.F. Clark on the other 
part   Witnesseth, That the said Fernandez, for and in consideration of 
the Sum of One thousand Dollars, to him in hand paid at and before 
the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
Acknowledged, hath granted, bargained & Sold and by these presents 
do grant, bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said Clark, Three 
thousand Acres of Land, laying in the part of Said Territory known 
as East Florida, and situated at and about Moodys Hammock, on the 
Road or path going from Paynes Town to Ocklewaha Creek, which 
is a part of Sixteen thousand Acres grant, made to the said Fernandez 
by the late Spanish Government, on the sixteenth day of November eigh
teen hundred & Seventeen, as will now more fully appear by the plot 
and Certificate of Survey by the late Surveyor General of said Province 
and hereunto annexed  To have and to hold the said three thousand
