Acres of Land unto him the said Clark his heirs and Successors, together 
with all and Singular, the Rights, Members, and Appurtenances to the same 
in any manner belonging to his and their proper use and behoof forever
	And the Said Domingo Fernandez for himself his heirs executors 
and Administrators, the said bargained premises, unto the said Clark his 
heirs and assigns, Will Warrant and forever defend the Rights & Titles thereof 
against himself and themselves, but not against the claim or claims 
of any other person or persons whatever, this being altogether a quit

Camden County		On the ninth day of April A.D. 1839 personally 
appeared before me Charles S. Henry Judge of the Superior Court for 
the Eastern District of the State of Georgia, Jacque Vicell, whose name 
is Signed as a Witness to the foregoing Deed to me well known, 
who being bi me duly sworn, did depose and say, that he was present 
and did see the Grantor to the foregoing Deed Domingo Fernandez 
Sign Seal and deliver the same as his Act and deed, and deliver the 
same for the purposes therein mentioned, and that he did sign his 
name as a Witness thereto,  And I do further Certify that I was present 
and did see the said Domingo Fernandez  Sign. Seal, and deliver the 
foregoing Deed and that my Signature thereto is in my proper hand 
writing ___
