Court for the County of Camden in the Eastern District of 
the Said State, Do hereby Certify to all to whom it may 
concern, that Charles S. Henry, who has signed the foregoing 
Certificate, was and is the Judge of the Superior Court of the 
Eastern District of the State of Georgia ____
	In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and caused the Seal of the Superior Court for said County of 
Camden to be hereunto Affixed this 9th day of April A.D. 1839.
