Robert Halliday his attorney, as by reference to said deed will 
more fully appear, it being the intention and design of the 
present Indenture, to convey to said Ferris Pell, his Heirs and 
assigns, one fourth part of the said tract, under the said title 
which said fourth part, is hereafter to be surveyed, and set apart 
at the expense of the said party of the second part.  Together 
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, rights, 
members, privileges and appurtenances, unto the above mentioned
