also the following - Said to wit, lots four section eight 
township ten Range twenty three south and east one 
hundred and ninety 52/100 acres  Also lots one two 
and six & seven section seventeen Township ten Range 
twenty three south and east One hundred and seventy 
five 21/100 acres purchased by the said party of the 
first part from the Register and Receiver of the 
Land Office at St. Augustine aforesaid on 
the twenty first day of March in the year of 
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty 
nine as appears by the Official Receipts 
of that date  Together with all and singular 
the tenements, hereditaments and Appurtenances 
whatsoever to the same belonging or in any 
wise appertaining.  And the reversion & 
reversions  remainder and remainders  
And the  rents issues and profits thereof and 
of every part and parcel thereof and also 
all the estate, right, title interest, profits Claims 
and Demands whatsoever both at Law and 
in equity of the said party of the first part 
in, to or out of the said Lands tenements and 
hereditaments and premises -  To have and 
to hold the said Land tenements and 
hereditaments  and all and singular the 
premises before mentioned   With the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second 
part and to his heirs and assigns forever  
And the said party of the first part 
doth hereby for himself his heirs executors and 
Administrators Covenant promise and agree 
to and with said party of the second part 
his heirs executors Administrators and assigns
