in manner and form following, that is to say 
that the said party of the second part his heirs 
and assigns, shall and may peaceably and 
quietly have hold and enjoy the said Land 
premises and every part and parcel thereof 
with the let suit trouble, eviction, distur
bance of the said party of the first part his 
heirs or assigns or of or by any other person or 
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same 
from, and that he the said party of the 
first part will as soon as practible remove 
consil and in due form of Law __  
Discharge all and every incumberance 
whatsoever of and from said first tract
of One thousand Acres and will take 
immediate steps to have the same done and 
Effected.  And the said party of the first 
part And his heirs and all and every 
person or persons having or lawfully claiming 
any estate right title or interest of in or 
to the said Lands tenements hereditaments 
and premises or any part or parcel thereof 
by from or 
under him shall and will from time to time 
and at all times hereafter upon the reason
able request And at the request proper costs 
and charges of the said party of the second 
part his heirs or assigns make do or acknowl
edge and execute or cause and procure 
to be made done acknowledged and 
executed all and singular any such 
written and other act and acts thing 
and things Conveyance and assurances 
in law whatsoever for the further and
