better and more effectively conveying securing and 
and better assuring of all and singular the 
premises herein before mentioned or intended ded 
to be herein conveyed with and every of their 
rights members and appurtenances to the only 
proper use and behoof of the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns forever  as 
by the said party of the second part his heirs 
and assigns or his or their Council Learned in 
the Law shall be reasonable devised advised 
or required  And the said party of the first 
part and his heirs and assigns all and 
singular the aforesaid Lands tenements her
editaments and premises and every part and 
parcel thereof unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns against him the said 
party of the first part his heirs and assigns shall 
and will warrant and forever defend by these 
presents.  In witness whereof the said party of the first 
part hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day
