of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventeen discribed by said grant as being situated
about thirty six miles West of the (then) Port at
buena Vista upon the River St. Johns at the
place known as the "Water Pen" and more perticular
discribed in a survey thereof made by Don Andrews
Busquine on the ninth day of September in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and nineteen All which will more fully appear
by reference to the Documents on file in the
Office of the Public Archives at St. Auustine
aforesaid Which said Land is situate in the
County of Alachua and according to said survey
is imbraced in Township ten Range twenty three south
and East and is supposed to be in section three
ten fifteen and sixteen as appears by reference
to the Surveys of the Public Land, but which
precise location the said party of the first part
does not Warrant as the said tract of land
above mentioned containing one thousand Acres
may be located in part in other section, also
all the following Land that is to say, Lots four
five six and seven section eight Township ten
Range twenty three South and East One hundred
and ninety 50/100 Acres Lots one, two, six and
seven section seventeen Township ten Range twenty
three South and East one hundred and seventy
five 21/100 Acres Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and Appurtenances
whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining , and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders, rents issues and
