above mentioned and described unto the said 
party of the second part and to his heirs and 
assigns forever  Provided nonetheless and 
these presents are upon this express condition 
that if the said party of the first part doth 
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto 
the said party of the second part his exe
cutors, Administrators or Assigns the full Sum 
of six thousand Eight hundred and seventy 
five Dollars, principal money on or before the 
expiration of ten years from the date hereof and 
interest thereon at the Rate of seven per cent per 
Annum payable semi Annually according 
to the Terms Conditions and tenor of said 
Bond or writing Obligatory.  It being understood 
however that no payment Except the first install
ment of interest is to be made by said party 
of the first part until the mortgage incumberance 
to me Joseph Delevante and Seraphina Cheauventeau 
have been released and in due form of Law 
discharged of records by the said party of the 
second  Then these presence and every matter 
and thing herein contained shall cease and 
determine  Other wise to and remain of 
full force  In witness whereof  the said 
party of the first part hath hereunto set 
his hand and seal this first day of 
April in the year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and thirty nine
