And the said Bennet M. Dell for himself his heirs, Executors & 
Administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said Charles 
Goodrich his heirs and Assigns, will Warrant and forever defend 
the Right and title thereof Against themselves and against the 
claim of all other persons whatsoever ___

Camden County		This Indenture made this twenty 
Seventh day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand 
eight hundred & twenty four,  Between John Breward of the 
Territory of Florida on the one part, and George I.F. Clarke of 
said Territory on the other part  Witnesseth that the said John 
Breward for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars 
to him in hand paid, at and before the sealing & delivery of these 
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, hath granted 
bargained, sold & conveyed, and by these presents do grant bargain & 
convey, unto the said George I.F. Clarke, four thousand Acres of land
