District of Georgia	On the twenty fifth day of May in the year of 
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty nine, personally appeared 
before me James M. Wayne Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of the United 
States of America, and for the District of Georgia, Charles S. Henry to me 
well known, who being by me duly sworn, did depose and say, that he was 
present, and did see the said John Breward, whose signature is to the 
foregoing and annexed deed, sign, Seal, and deliver the same for the 
purposes therein mentioned, and that he together with Lewis Grinley 
whose Signature is also affixed to the foregoing and annexed deed, did 
sign the same as Witness thereto
