District of Georgia	On the twenty fifth day of May in the 
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & thirty nine, personally 
appeared before me James M. Wayne Judge of the sixth Circuit Court of the 
United States of America in and for the District of Georgia Charles S. Henry 
to me well known, who being by be duly Sworn did depose and say, that he 
was present and did see the said George I.F. Clarke whose signature is to 
the foregoing annexed Deed, sign, seal, & deliver the same for the purposes 
therein mentioned, and that he together with one Joseph Crews whose Sig
nature are affixed to the foregoing Deed, did sign their names as 
witnesses thereto. ___

District of Georgia	I George Glen clerk of the sixth Circuit 
Court of the United States for the District of Georgia, do hereby certify 
that the Honourable James M. Wayne, before whom the annexed & foregoing 
Deposition of Charles S. Henry was made & who hath signed the said depo
sition or affidavit is one of the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court 
of the United States presiding in the sixth Circuit and District of 
Georgia and residing in the City of Savannah in the State of Georgia
	In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed the 
Seal of the said Circuit Court this fourth day of June A.D. 1839

		Don Jorge Clarke, Capatin of the Northern Division 
of East Florida, and Surveyor General of said province, by commissions 
from Government ____  I Certify, that I have surveyed & bounded 
to Don Domingo Fernandez, three thousand Acres of Land at the 
Hammoc called Moodys Hammoc, on the South east of Paynes 
Town, and on the road going from said Town to Ocklewaha Creek 
as the balance on sixteen thousand Acres that were granted him by
