rights to members and Appurtenances to the same in any manner
belonging to his and their proper purpose and behoof forever And the
said George Stewart and Elizabeth Stewart his Wife, for themselves
their heirs Executors Administrators and assigns, the said bargained
premises unto the said Thomas Ledwith his heirs Executors Admin
istrators and assigns, will Warrant and forever defend the right &
Title thereof, against himself and themselves, But not against
the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever __ This
being Altogether a Quit Claim Sale. For Testimony whereof the
said George Stewart and Elizabeth Stewart his Wife have here
unto Set their hands & Seals the day and year aforemention __

A.D. 1839 personally Appeared, Elizabeth Stewart, Wife of George
Stewart, who is a party to the foregoing Conveyance, And the said
Elizabeth Stewart being examined by me separately and apart
from her said Husband, did Acknowledge and declare that she
Executed the said foregoing Deed for the purposes therein Appear
ing freely and without any fear of her said husband
