first part for the better securing of the said sum of money according
to the condition of the said bond or obligation and in consideration
of ten Dollars to him in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, conveyed, and confirmed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey,
and confirm unto the said parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of Land called
Oaklands and on which the said John H. McIntosh Jun'r
now resides lying and being in the County of Alachua of the
Territory of Florida aforesaid on Orange Lake containing Twenty
five hundred acres more or less and having the following boundaries
to wit_ On the East by Orange Lake, on the north by Lands belonging
to Arredondo and others, on the west by a tract of Land owned by
D.L. Clinch, and on the south by Lands belonging to Arredondo
and others it being the same tract or parcel of Land sold and
conveyed by one George I. F. Clark to J.H. McIntosh Sen"r
as by reference to said deed will more fully appear Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances, the sugar Works and improvements, implements,
Waggons, Carts, Carriages, Horses, Mules, and cattle of every kind
thereunto belonging or any wise appertaining and also all
the estate right title, interest property possession claim
and demand in law or in Equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the same and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and the said J.H. McIntosh Jun'r
of the first part hath furthermore bargained and sold
and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the
said parties of the second part all and singular the
following Negroes and other Slaves - to Wit - Lewis and
his wife Lucy, Hector and his wife Delia and her
six children, Captain and his wife and her six
