members and Appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging, to 
his and their proper use and behoof forever,  And the said Stephen D. 
Fernandez for himself his heirs Executors, Administrators nd assigns 
the said bargained premises unto the said Thomas Ledwith, his heirs 
Executors Administrators and assigns, Will Warrant and forever defend 
the rights and title thereof  Against himself his heirs, Executors, 
Administrators and assigns, and against John L. Villalonga his 
heirs, executors, Administrators & assigns, But not Against the claim 
or claims of any other person or persons not herein mentioned, this 
being altogether a quit claim Sale  For Testimony whereof the said 
Stephen D. Fernandez, hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day 
and year aforewritten _

Eliza Fernandez, wife of Stephen D. Fernandez freely 
grantor to the foregoing Deed of conveyance of real Estate to Thomas 
Ledwith, Do hereby renounce relinquish and release all my right 
of Dower, in and to the Land tenements etc in said conveyance unto 
Thomas Ledwith freely Granted ___
