		Be it remembered that on this the 
fifth day of September A.D. 1839, personally appeared 
before me the Subscriber, the Judge of the County Court in 
and for the said County, Stephen D. Fernandez, who Acknow
ledged that he had Signed, Sealed and delivered the 
foregoing Deed, as and for his act and deed for the purposes 
therein mentioned, and the Lands Tenements etc therein Con
veyed to the right and property of the said Thomas Ledwith 
party grantee __  And also at the same time appeared 
Eliza Fernandez Wife of aforesaid Stephen D. Fernandez  
Who being by me examined by me privately and apart from 
her said Husband, she did then and there Acknowledge that she 
had signed, Sealed and delivered the foregoing renunciation, 
relinquishment and release of Dower, and that she had done 
the same freely Voluntarily, and without any compulsion Con
straint, Apprehension, or fear of or from her said Husband 
and that she wished not to retract it __  Given under my 
hand and seal this fifth day of September in the year of 
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Thirty nine _
