Duval County Know all me by these presents
That We Stephen D. Fernandez of Duval County and Eliza Fernandez
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars to us in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknow
ledged, by David Levy, have granted, bargained and Sold and
do by these presents grant, bargain & sell unto the said David Levy his
heirs and assigns, One fourth interest in and to a tract of three thousand
Acres which is a part of a larger tract of Six thousand Acres, surveyed to Don
Domingo Fernandez by George F. Clark on the tenth June 1818 under
a Grant made to said Fernandez, by the Spanish Government in the
sixteenth day of November 1817 (The Southernmost half of which said
6000 Acres was conveyed by said Domingo Fernandez to George I.F. Clark
which said tract is discribed as being at a place called Cooleys Hammock
on the North East side of the Road called rays Trail from the Natural
Bridge of the Santa Fee to the Town of Alachua called Hogtown
Together with all and Singular the rights, privileges & Appurtenances
to the same belonging, and all the rights, Title interest, Dower and
right of Dower, claim or property, which we or either of us have a |
