		Know all men by these presents that 
we Francis R. Sanchez and Frances his wife of the 
County of st. Johns in the Territory of Florida, in consideration 
of the sum of One thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by John 
B. Strong of the City of St. Augustine in the Territory Aforesaid __ 
have granted, bargained, Sold and released, and by these presents 
Do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said John B. Strong 
his heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns all that certain 
piece or parcel of Land situate lying and being on the River 
Santafe containing Nine hundred and fifty Acres, being the 
whole of a tract of Land granted me by the Spanish Government 
of Four thousand Acres not heretofore sold by me to the said 
Strong (except five hundred Acres Mortgaged by me to Samuel 
Brook)  The said Strong now having purchased of me Three thousand 
five hundred Acres of said tract of Four thousand Acres for which 
I have heretofore given him deeds for all but nine Hundred & fifty 
Acres, which nine hundred and fifty Acres is hereby conveyed 
by this Deed ________  Together with all & Singular 
the Rights, Members, Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the said 
premises belonging or in any wise Appertaining ___
	To have and to hold all and Singular the premises before 
mentioned, unto the said John B. Strong and his heirs & Assigns 
forever.   And we do hereby bind ourselves and our heirs 
Executors and Administrators, to warrant and forever defend all 
and Singular the said premises unto the said John B. Strong and 
his heirs and Assigns, against Ourselves and our heirs and all 
and every or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim 
the same, or any part thereof ____
