in that part of the said tract, as shall best accommodate him 
with refference to a tract of Land which he purchased of 
Antonio Alvarez and Simeon Sanchez which last tract con
tains two thousand Acres, and is owned now as Tenants in 
common by the said Simeon Sanchez and Samuel Fairbanks 
said tract of Land containing four thousand Acres was 
granted to me by the government of East Florida About 
the year One thousand eight hundred & fifteen, refference 
being more particularly had to the Original grant ___  
Together with all and Singular, the rights, members, 
hereditaments and Appurtenances, the said premises 
belonging, or in any wise incident or Appertaining ____
   To have and to hold all and Singular the premises before 
mentioned, unto the said John B. Strong his heirs and Assigns 
forever.  And we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs Exe
cutors and Administrators to warrant and forever defend 
all and Singular the said premises unto the said John B. 
Strong his heirs and Assigns, against all persons, ourselves 
and our heirs And every other person or persons lawfully 
claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.___

hundred and twenty three and in the forty eighth year
