Be it remembered that on the third day of April One thousand 
eight hundred & twenty four, personally appeared before me Francis 
R. Sanchez the Signer of the Within Deed and Acknowledged he had 
Voluntarily executed the same, for the uses & purposes therein mentioned 
And the said Frances Sanchez being examined separate & apart from 
her Husband did Acknowledge she had executed the same of her 
own free will and as her Voluntary Act and deed without any 
fear or compulsion on the part of her Husband

		I have recorded this Instrument of Writing in my 
Office as Clerk of the County Court of the County & Territory aforesaid 
this 29th day of November 1824.

			Know all men by these presents 
that we Francis R. Sanchez and Frances Sanchez his wife of the 
Territory of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Five 
Thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by John B. Strong of the City 
of St Augustine the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged in the 
place aforesaid Have granted, bargained, sold and released, and 
by these presents, Do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said 
John B. Strong, Thirteen hundred Acres of Land, situate, lying & 
being on the south side of the River Santafe in said Territory, and is 
part of a tract of Land of Four Thousand Acres, which was granted to 
the said Sanchez by the Government of East Florida, about the year 
One Thousand Eight hundred & fifteen, (and is the same tract out of 
which I have heretofore sold and conveyed to the said Strong 
Twelve hundred & fifty Acres) and is to be taken from that part of the 
tract of Four thousand Acres, which will best accommadate the said Strong 
as it regards the Lands heretofore sold to him out of said tract, and
