Personally appeared before me, John Gray Jun'r Mayor of
the City aforesaid, Lyman Southwick and Constantine
Dougherty & made oath that John H. McIntosh Jun'r
did in Charleston S.C., in their presence sign, seal,
deliver & acknowledge the above instrument & declare
the same to be his act and deed & for the purposes
therein specified. Given under my hand & seal
of the Corporation aforesaid this 27th day of June in the
year of Lord, One Thousand eight hundred & thirty two

This Indenture made the twentieth day of Febry in the year of
our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and thirty two Between Enoch
Wiswall of the City County and State of New York of the first part
and Lois Prince of the same place of the second part , Witnesseth,
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Six Thousand Dollars, lawful money of the
United States of America to me in hand paid, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged, and the said party of the second part his heirs
executors and administrators, forever released and discharged |
