That I have full right to sell and convey the same that they are unin
cumbered by any Judgement, Mortgage or other lien, and that I will 
Warrant and defend the Same against all persons claiming or to claim 
the same to the said Marvin his heirs and assigns,   In Witness

Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Simeon Sanchez 
and Mary his wife of St. Augustine for and in consideration of three hundred 
Dollars to us in hand paid by Wm Marvin of Key West, have granted, bar
gained, Sold, remised and released, and by these presents do grant, bargain 
Sell, remise and release to the said William Marvin, his heirs & assigns forever  
all our right, Title, interest, claim, demand, Dower Jointure of the said 
Mary, of and to all that tract of land, being fifteen hundred Acres part
of Two thousand Acres, Situate on the Santafe River and was granted to the 
said Joseph S. Sanchez by the Spanish Government by Concession dated 
January twelfth 1818 as by reference thereunto will more fully 
appear, to have and to hold to the said William Marvin his heirs & 
assigns forever _  In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & 
Seals the Twentieth day of April 1836
