of four thousand Acres and whereas the said Marshal, did on the said
day and year, and at the time and place aforesaid, expose the said
tracts of Land above discribed for sale at public Auction and did
strike off the same to the said party of the second part for the several
sums of Fifty Dollars Two hundred Dollars, amounting in the whole to
Two hundred & fifty Dollars, he being the highest bidder therefore
Now therefore, this Indenture, Witnesseth, that the said
Samuel Blair, as Marshal as aforesaid, by Virtue of the Writs of Plurise
Fieri Facias aforesaid to him as aforesaid directed & delivered, and by
Virtue of the statute in such case made and provided & in consideration
of the said sum of Two hundred & fifty Dollars money of the United
States to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, Have granted, bargained, sold
Aliened, released & confirmed and by these presents Doth grant, bargain,
sell. Alien, release and confirm unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns, all the Estate right title and interest, whatsoever
Whereof the said Squire Streeter and Davis Floyd, as Administrators as
aforesaid were seized on the second day of May in the said year One
thousand eight hundred & thirty five or any time afterwards, and also all
the Estate, right, title and interest, possession, claim and demand, whereof
the said Samuel Blair as Marshal aforesaid Was seized by Virtue of
said Writ of Plurise Fieri Facias, and by force of the Statute in such case
made & provided of, in and to the said premises and tracts of Land or
any part or parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances ___ To have and to
hold the same to the party of the second part, and to his heirs and
assigns forever ___
