County of St. Johns	Be it remembered that on the 
Twentieth day of April 1836, Raphael D. Fontane came before 
me and made Oath that Samuel Blair, who to the said witness 
is well known, in his, the said Witness presence, signed sealed 
and as for his Act and deed delivered the within and 
annexed instrument of writing for the uses and purposes therein 
expressed, and that he the said Raphael D. Fontane and Henry 
N. Cruger subscribed their names thereto as subscribing 
witnesses
	Given under my hand at the City of St. Augustine 
        the and year above written ___
