from the same, by these presents, hath granted, bargained, sold 
aliened, remised, released, enfeoffed, conveyed, and confirmed, and 
by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell., alien, remise, release 
enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second 
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, All one, full, equal 
undivided sixth part, of nine certain Townships, or tracts of Land 
lying, being and adjoining the Waters of Tampa and Hillsborough 
bays, in the Territory of East Florida, being all those pieces or parcels 
of land, which were conveyed to the aforesaid party of the first part, 
by Joseph Delespine, by a Deed dated the tenth day of December 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred twenty seven 
as will more fully appear by refference to said Deed, and the 
map thereunto annexed also all my right, title and interest to a 
tract of Land in the grant aforesaid, which was conveyed to the 
aforesaid party of the first part by Don Pedro Miranda, by a deed 
executed by Philo Andrews and Joseph Delespine attornies in 
fact for the said Pedro Miranda dated the eleventh day of January 
one thousand eight hundred and twenty three. - Also all my 
right, title and interest to one other Township or tract of land 
situated as above, which was conveyed to the aforesaid party of the 
first part by, Don Pedro Miranda, by a deed executed by 
Robert Haliday as Attorney in fact for and substituted as such 
by Philo Andrews and Joseph Delespine, attornies in fact 
for the said Pedro Miranda, dated the third day of May 
in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty three 
The aforesaid Townships or tracts of land may be, otherwise 
described as a part or parcel of a certain grant made by the 
Spanish Government, on the twenty sixth day of November 
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
ten of a tract of land eight leagues square, situated on Tampa 
and Hillsborough bays in East Florida, and divided into 
sixteen Townships and numbered from No One to sixteen, 
both inclusive. The aforementioned Townships intended to be 
hereby conveyed are all my right, title and interest to the one
