To all whom these presents shall come, I Edmund Bird Commiss
ioner of Alachua County send greetings.  Whereas by an order of 
the County Court of Alachua County, duly passed and entered 
of record, it is directed that the Commissioner of said County shall 
make, execute and deliver, to the purchasers of Lots in the Town of 
Newnansville Deeds of Conveyance, by them respectively entered, 
and whereas, Woodbridge S. Olmsted, stands noted and entered 
upon the plat of said Town in my custody as purchaser of the 
Lots hereinafter specified _ _
		Now Know ye, That I Edmund Bird Comm
issioner of the said County of Alachua, by virtue of the Authority 
so as aforesaid in me vested, in consideration of the sum of Fifty 
Dollars and fifty Cents, paid by the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted 
the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have granted, bargain
ed and Sold, and by these presents, do grant, bargain & Sell 
unto the said W.S. Olmsted, and to his heirs and assigns 
forever,  All that certain Lot, designated as Lot Number Three 
in the half range upon the plan of the Town, as filed in writing 
in the Clerk's Office of the Country Court of Alachua Court aforesaid  
Together with all and Singular the hereditaments and Appurtenances to 
the Same in any wise Appertaining, To have and to hold the said 
Lot & premises and every part thereof, with the Appurtenances unto 
the said W.S. Olmsted his heirs and assigns forever as fully and 
absolutely as I the said Edmund Bird, Commissioner Aforesaid & under 
the Authority Aforesaid, might, could, or ought to sell and convey the 
same,  In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed my Seal, the Eighth day of June AD 1840 _
