Alachua County Personally Appeared before the sub
scribing clerk of said County, Thomas D. Dexter, and after being
duly sworn, deposeth and said, that Edmund Bird in his
presence, did Execute the within Deed or instrument of Writing
for the purposes therein mentioned __

To all whom these presents shall come, I Edmund Bird
Commissioner of Alachua County Send Greetings.
Whereas by an order of the County Court of Alachua County,
duly passed and entered of record, it is directed that the Commissioner of
said County, shall make execute and deliver, to the purchasers of Lots
in the Town of Newnansville, Deeds of conveyance of Lots by them
respectively entered, and whereas, George F. Olmsted, stands noted
and entered upon the plot of said Town, in my Custody as the
purchaser of the Lots hereinafter specified __
Now Know ye That I Edmund Bird Commissioner of the said
County of Alachua, by virtue of the Authority so as aforesaid in me
vested, in consideration of the sum of Sixty two Dollars paid by the said
George F. Olmsted, the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and Sold, and by these presents, Do grant bargain
and Sell, unto the said George F. Olmsted, and to his heirs & Assigns
forever, all these certain Lots designated as lots Number One, Two,
seven and eight of Block Number four, Range Number Two upon
the plan of the Town as filed and writing in the Clerk's Office
of the Country Court of Alachua Court aforesaid. Together
