said Edmund Bird, Commissioner Aforesaid might, could, or ought to

Know all men by these presents, that I Elijah Tucker of Alachua
County Territory of Florida in consideration of the sum of three hundred
Dollars, to me in hand by John E. Tucker of the County of Columbia and
Territory aforesaid, the receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge, Do by these
presents, give, grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the said John E. Tucker
his heirs and Assigns, a Certain parcel of Land, Situated in Alachua
County aforesaid, and discribed in the Maps, in the Land Office at St. Augustine
as the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty and the
South East quarter of the South East of Section Seventeen, Township
Seven Range Nineteen, South and East, together with all the privaledges
and appurtenances, to the said Land in any wise Appertaining and |
