and belonging. To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said John E. Tucker, his heirs and assigns, to his and their use
and benefit forever and the said Elijah Tucker, for myself my heirs
executors and Administrators do covenant with the said John E.
Tucker, his heirs and assigns, that I am fully seized in fee of the
afore granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, that
I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said John E. Tucker
as aforesaid, And that I will, and my heirs, executors Administrators
shall Warrant and defend the same to the said John E. Tucker his
heirs and assigns forever against the claim of all persons, and I Margery
Ann, wife of the said Elijah Tucker, in the consideration of the sum of One
Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge
doth hereby release to the said John E. Tucker, his heirs & assigns, all my right
and title of Dower, in the said afore granted premises
In Testimony whereof, I the said Elijah Tucker and Margery
Ann, my wife have hereunto Set our hands & Seals, this Eighteenth day
of June eighteen hundred and forty 1840
